Lost
She was walking down a very long road. The road was full of pebbles. The pebbles were hurting the soles of her feet. If she were to stop, where could she rest? All she could do was to continue walking. So she walked and walked. With no rest.
She felt thirsty. No one else was there. She couldnt ask for a drink because there was nothing but the trees and the road. Where would she go to ask for some water? All she could do was to continue walking. So she walked and walked. With her thirst.
She felt hungry. No one else was there. She couldnt ask for food because no one was there to give her some. Where could she find food? There was nothing but fruitless trees and the road. All she could do was to continue walking. So she walked and walked. With her stomach grumbling.
She felt sleepy. Should she sleep despite the dangers? She couldnt sleep while risking her safety. All she could do was to continue walking. So she walked and walked. With her eyes too heavy to stay open.
Finally she could see some lights. Porch lights perhaps? But she felt tired. She couldnt continue walking anymore. All she could do was lie down on the roadside and rest.
So she rested and rested.
With her heart too tired to beat.
